Online Patient Portal

Online patient registration provides a convenient, accurate means for patients to provide patient data. Patients can complete their registration forms from the convenience of their own home – or from anywhere there is an Internet connection (such as waiting room computers). Patients input their demographic and insurance in their health record. This information appears in the medical record for their examination.
